How far in advance should I book?
Ideally a few days before, especially for very early departures or during holiday periods. For last-minute requests, give us a call: we will do our best to find a solution.
Can the price change during the journey?
No. The price is fixed in the quote you accept before departure. Traffic does not change the agreed fare.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when booking. We track your arrival and your chauffeur adjusts the pick-up time accordingly.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. The exact meeting point is confirmed before your journey.
How much luggage can I bring?
Up to 3 suitcases in the sedan and 8 in the van. Tell us how many bags you have when you enquire, and we will plan the right vehicle.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Let us know your children's ages when booking so we can fit the right seat.
How can I pay?
Accepted payment methods are listed in your quote. An invoice is available on request.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, just let us know as early as possible by phone or email. Cancellation terms are stated in your quote.
